Why Aren't Transactions Posting To The RECALL Program?

When accessing the Today invoices in the RECALL program, the value in the Invoice field is -1, indicating the previous ENDDAY run is not complete.

Type RENDDAY into the Programs field on the main menu and press Enter. The ENDDAY process should complete and allow you to type GO as usual.

After typing GO, wait a few seconds and check the Today invoice file again. If the current day's invoices do not appear, exit the RECALL program and return all workstations to the main menu. Wait a few seconds and then check the RECALL program again.

If the invoices printed today still do not appear, contact c-Systems Customer Service at 817-649-3100 for assistance.
